The deposit can be used to cover the cost of repairing the vehicle in the event of a disaster. It can also be used to cover excess insurance. The deposit is also intended to cover mileage overruns and any amount owed to the landlord as a result of the rent, according to the terms of the tenancy agreement. The management of the deposit is subject to the signature of both parties (tenants and owners) of the rental agreement at the time of departure and restitution of the rent. The owner must pass a vehicle in impeccable work, driving and cleaning, checked with all levels, tire pressure and a tank full of fuel, sufficient gas levels for the duration of the trip, a clean cartridge, gray water emptied, inside and outside cleaning. By taking the vehicle, the tenant implies, unless otherwise stated in the rental contract before departure, that the vehicle is on a driving and driving mission and that the cleaning is satisfactory. The driver named in this rental agreement must have a Class B driver`s licence for driving a vehicle weighing less than 3.5 tonnes. They must respect the minimum age and the number of years for which they have obtained their licence, which is required by rent insurance or, if not, be required by the landlord in their advertisement. Camping Gas/Batteries – Camping gas is provided for the stove and refrigerator, if available. If you rent one of our campers from V-Line 669, the tank on board must be restocked at the end of your rental. If the rent has to be interrupted as a result of an outage due to driving abuse or if it is still not known who is owed, the tenant cannot claim a refund for the rent. If the tenant wishes to rent a replacement vehicle to follow his journey, the new rental will be at their own expense.
The owner is entitled to claim damages if the mileage package provided by the contract has been exceeded, depending on the unit rate set in the advertisement and expressed in the contract. Any agreement between the landlord and the tenant who accepts a different mileage rate must be written down in the tenancy agreement. In the event of exceeding the contractual mileage plan, the tenant agrees to pay the difference from the rate stipulated in the tenancy agreement. The amount should, if possible, be paid during the inventory form when the vehicle is returned. The booking form for the rental of vans must be supplemented by a reservation deposit of 350.00 USD which remains in the form of a deposit for the vehicle. After receiving the booking form, the agreed terms, your down payment, your acceptance to rent our vehicle by our listed insurers and the receipt of the confirmation we sent by email, this contract takes effect.
