A sublease contract submitted after an existing mortgage on the main lease agreement should include the mortgage borrower`s agreement to avoid any withdrawal of the sublease in the event of a mortgage default.
A sublease contract deposited prior to a new mortgage on the main lease agreement will not be cancelled in the event of default of that mortgage. The dual reserve of ownership (if any) must be accompanied by a renewal of the property.
