University of the consortium and (2) the cancellation of the legal seizure procedure for monomers transferred from Chiralix to Radboud University and Radboud UMC for the Heal X project. „An essential element of the agreements between the parties and with ZonMw is the exit of the EF and the transfer of all materials and information from UK to Wound-ex through the RUMC/professor`s name. The ex-plague has resumed EF activities. Within the consortium, it was agreed that materials received from DerE Chiralix will be transferred to Wound-ex through the coordinator. As a result, the EF no longer owns these materials and transfers ownership of the EF to Wound-ex. In this consortium the following parts were: ZonMw is not part of the consortium agreement. In order to obtain assistance in the preparation of a consortium agreement, researchers can contact the legal department, the department of courage or the technology transfer/knowledge transfer office of their organization. When ZonMw is granted, ZonMw asks for the agreements to assess the compatibility of the agreements with applicable Eu state aid law and ZonMw`s general subsidy provisions. Agreements concluded should not lead to the granting of illegal direct or indirect state aid. In the event of a positive assessment, ZonMw will accept the agreement. The consortium contract must provide at least the following: SKU would refute that it had never owned the monomers and therefore was not in a position to transfer the property of Wound-ex.
